an error occurred: constrained_qrsolve_zero_column_in_matrix Maybe it is a Gromacs error? (But for using csg_fmatch, the Gromacs run should have been finished before) You posted the .log file But can you post what you can read in the output in the terminal. There should be something like: Reading file ... Reading frame 0 ... and then an error or not.
