ide1 occupied the irq15 which is required for eth0.

It seems all_generic_ide is causing this. Unless you can find way to
edit /isolinux/menu.cfg in the CD to remove "all_generic_id". I found
no other way to disable all_generic_ide.

So it most probably relates to a problem in r6040 driver of the
2.6.26 kernel. If you switched to 0.5.2, please post the output
of dmesg, lspci -v, cat /proc/interrupts and ifconfig -a.
