Anu, If you have a copy of the database from before you ran analyze, I would recommend trying that version. Otherwise your best bet may be to pull a Get Latest from VSS and check that in on top of the migrated version.
Another option would be to search for other VSS-to-SVN converters which use the Microsoft API instead of the reverse-engineered converter from this project. Even though this project can usually produce more correct results, it may be that running analyze changes the structure enough to be unreadable.
