Thanks for your help, Toby!

I'm thinking of doing the 'get latest' from VSS and checking it in - and for
critical projects, moving them to a separate VSS database (with history) &
running this converter on them separately.

If anyone else has any other suggestions, do let me know. I'm also curious
if there are some general rules that prevent files from getting migrated -
i.e. labelling or 'spaces' in project/file names etc..
