I've found an excelant Blank made by G. Loomis for an outfit in New York.
The Blank casts like a Sage RPL and looks like them only in green. Nice
casting rod. There very inexpensive. You can look up there Catalog at
www.hookhack.com. They give you 20% off on your first order for the year
2000. Actually they do it every year. They just had buy 2 get one free sale
- always something, but I think you'd be impressed with the way they cast.
Put the spline on the bottom with all there rod blanks - casts beautiful,
easy 100 ft. I've made 12 of there rods since I found out about them last
year. George
