here's a suggestion...

Do a section of the Pacific Crest Trail.

You could start your hike at Snoqualmie Pass. and fish the lakes along the trail.  At 
the 7 mile mark are Gravel and Ridge Lakes, the 10 mile mark has Joe Lake (a personal 
favorite of mine and has a good population of cutts) and the 20 mile mark has 
Spectacle Lake which is loaded with brookies.

Spectacle can be reached also by going in by Salmon la Sac which cuts the hike down to 
10 miles (one way).

If you went in on Snoqualmie Pass and came out via Cooper Lake, you'd have a 30 mile 
loop and a couple of good fishing lakes.

I could give you some shorter hiking suggestions if you'd like.   

One would be the group of lakes east of North Bend... Talapus, Olallie and all the 
other ones up on top.  That would be a shorter hike with a greater concentration of 
lakes.
