For those of you that fish whidbey, what kind of flies do you throw? Most
of the spin fishermen use some very strange spin-and-glow/rubber squid
combo. I don't tie any flies that look like that! I figured a basic bait
fish pattern would be good?
I fished the Sky near Monroe today and managed one 15lb chum. Looked
brighter during the fight than when I finally got it in. A nice fish but
not exactly chrome bright. Did see one guy drifting a jig get a
beautiful, very bright buck so there are still a few comming in.
