Wading depends on river levels, as we go into summer all rivers become more
wadable. For small Rainbows you might try the upper Snoqualmie River, mainly
one of the forks (Mid., South etc.) Here again it depends on weather and
water conditions. Sorry couldn't be more helpful I have been told of a
couple of other areas in Western Washington but haven't tried them yet and
will have to look for my notes with the names on them (my memory isn't what
it used to be).
