Hi Jeff,

Finally heard back from the WDFW about Lake Philippa. They said it 
was last planted in 1995 and is thought to now be a self-sustaining 
RB and CT fishery. Do you have any TB fishing reports on it or nearby 
Lake Isabella you might be able to share with me?

I'm gonna try to drive up along that ridge to the south sometime to 
scout the route down. Looks like it might be worth the effort.
