I have had a pair of Orvis Silver Labels for just over a year now. The very first week I had them, I went fishing on the Yakima. Sitting down on a rock to change flies, I didn't notice the piece of broken glass on the rock. The result = 2" long tear in the seat of my brand new waders. Took them back to the shop in Bellevue to ask how to patch them. The guy at the shop told me they would give me a new pair instead under the warranty. I explained to him that it wasn't a defect, it was my fault. He still insisted on giving me a brand new pair. During this last year I have used these waders for busting through the brush duck hunting, local rivers, and a 13 day stretch up in Yakutat in April. I don't know if I just got lucky, but I have been really happy with them so far. Tom
