>How do you guys go about finding the leaks? I know I have one >somewhere, but can't find it...
I turn my waders inside out and hang them by the straps from a beam connecting my garage and house. I then use a hose to fill each leg with a foot or so of water, taking care not to splash any on the outside (was the inside.) Then I look for small drops or water coming out, usually from along seams in the neoprene feet or where they attach to the fabric uppers. I use a permanent marker to circle the point of the leak before carefully lowering them and dumping the water out. Next, I mix up a little Aqua Seal with some accelerator and apply a small amount to cover the hole. The accelerator makes the Aqua Seal dry in just an hour or two. BTW, be careful when filling the waders. With just 15 or so inches of water in each leg, they weigh a ton and add additional stress to seams. Kent Lufkin
