Advice on fishing the Spokane river

Can anybody tell me what patterns right now are the most effective for
the Spokane river?  Also, is there a time of day that is the most
productive to fish? The last few times I have fished it recently have
provided for some tough fishing.  Any helpful advice would be
appreciated.  Thanks.
