Being a relative newbie to the sport, I only own one rod and I have used it
for trout on the Yakima, Steelhead on the Skagit and Salmon on the Sol Duc.
It is a 6-7 wt. Abu Garcia with a Pfleuger Reel. So far it has worked for me
in all situations, but here is my wish list:

Small streams, Trout
3 wt. Sage SLT

Summer Steelhead and Pinks
5 or 6 wt. my current rod would work, but in this case I could use a Sage XP

Winter Steelhead and Silvers
8 wt. 9' Sage VPS

I guess I have a Sage bias. Now how do I convince my wife that I need all
this stuff?
Jon
