Heck, the wee package of raffia that I buy at the fly shop is just about a lifetime supply! I don't EVEN know what I'd do with 100 yards; gives raffia gift stocking stuffers at Christmas, I guess, or will it to my nieces and nephews when I die. From a pure accounting perspective, on a per yard basis it makes sense to buy that big quantity, but I don't know that it does make sense to spend $5 for 98 additional yards of raffia that I won't use for 50 years.
