Title: RE: Cardiac Canyon Pontoon Boat

I have a friend who has a Steelheader, he likes it, and he does quite a few marathon drifts on big water The only thing I dont like about them is they weigh quite a bit.  There is also the Bad Cat that has come out which has the same pontoons as the Steelheaders, with some great improvements to the frame.  The company is called Bad Cat River Boat, they have a shop in Sultan.  These things are heavy duty, and awesome river boats, plus will still do the job in rivers.  They dont have a website up yet, but the contact is Sean Mackie at 503-815-9997.

      Subject: Cardiac Canyon Pontoon Boat

I gave one of these boats a good look-over at the fly fishing show on Saturday. They seemed like a pretty good boat.

Can anyone who owns one give any pro/con feedback on the boat or accessories?

I am looking for a pontoon boat that will be used 90% on the rivers and maybe 10% on lakes. I have also looked at a Steelheader boat. The front deck option looks interesting.

Anyone using one of these? If you have the front deck, do you like it or not?

I am hoping for owner feedback. Someone who has had a long term love/hate relationship with their boats. I would appreciate any feedback.

      Andy
