This is the correct description of a SODIMM, but the SODIMM's are for the tray load iMac's (ie the 233, 266 and 333MHz). The 350MHz iMac and above use the standard SDRAM module. (ie normal size.)
Drat. I missed the "slot loading" in the intial post. Macs have always thrown me like that - the "DVD-RW gigabit 2GHz pink-and-blue model with the funny dimple bit on the front". It'd be nice if they had model numbers too, as it makes searching for info much easier.
If it does take normal SDRAM, then that's even nicer really. Craig Ringer
