Hi Mattew I realize I'm on the other side of the country but if there is anything I can do to help I'd be happy to. I can't remember if it is AUSOM or iMUG but one of them has their web site managed by a guy in London. With the internet distance doesn't matter so much.
I've been a web developer since the internet began. I've previously been the webmaster for ClubMac in Sydney and currently look after 3 MUG's I founded last year. I already offer support to all the Australian MUG's to some extent so the small amount of extra work needed to help you shouldn't be too much more of an effort. >From what I've observed it's more a matter of updating/changing some links and keeping the content up to date.
