I think i have to purchase a Digital Video camera for school before the end of
the year.
I have around $1300 to spend.
I have been happy with the Sony that we have had for a few years.
Canon seem very good.
The Panosonic 3CCD range sound good. Especially for indoor shooting.
Any advice would be appreciated please.
Do I still have to ensure they have firewire, dv in/out?
or is USB 2 now fastt enough?
You will not regret having Firewire. Unlike USB, it's designed from
the outset to support video. I don't think you'll find many Pro DV
cameras that offer USB2 as an option.
