Has anyone compared the quality of videocalling between Skype (including Mac Skype to Windows Skype), iChat to iChat, iChat to Windows AOL IM, Lightspeed to Lightspeed, and is there a general consensus as to which is the best solution in terms of overall video and sound quality? Or are there too many variables? I've left out Yahoo! Messenger's videocall option because as far as my experience has been it's hopeless every time I've tried.
