Just a piece of info I picked up. I cannot vouch for it. You should turn off your Epson printer each night or when you are not using it because, so the information says, the inkjets remain exposed when it is on and this causes evaporation and eventual clogging. By turning it off the jets are closed off and prevents this.
I have no technical knowledge of this and cannot defend it but I read it on the internet somewhere. For "internet" read "shared ignorance". But there you are. Since then, I turn it off that and my RX 650 has had no problems. Could be just good luck!
