I've been using an Epson R230 for some time now and have no regrets.
I bought it primarily for the CD and DVD disc printing, which it does
well, but it also produces great photo prints on good paper. No
problems with ink blocking even though I sometimes don't run it for a
few weeks (if I did that with my Epson Photo 1200 it would block up
for sure).
