Glenn,

I've been using Three's wireless broadband for almost 2 months and am very
pleased with it. I initially tried the express card but had trouble with
that and so swapped to the USB dongle. The paperwork for the set-up left out
a vital bit of information - the number to "dial" - but telephone support
fixed that up very easily: Three has a team dedicated to Macs.

The telephone number to enter into network preferences > PPP is *99# and the
mobile to select in the drop-down box is HUAWEI Mobile.

My laptop is well over 7 years old and uses USB 1.1 but the dongle works
well despite that.

I've used the mobile network in Sydney (CBD), Perth (CBD) East Perth and
South Perth.

Regards,

Michael Hawkins
