Hello, I have an iPhone 3G running the latest OS 4.2.1 and syncing with a Mac Mini running 10.6.5
When I plug in the iPhone to the computer, iPhoto will open automatically, but iTunes will not so the iPhone will not automatically sync as it should. The checkbox in iTunes to "open iTunes when this phone is connected" is ticked. I have tried unticking it, quitting and then reticking it, to no avail. I have Restored the iPhone and restarted it with no apparent change This problem predated the upgrade to the recent iPhone OS I am thinking there might be a corrupted preferences file somewhere but aren't sure which one is safe to remove. Can anyone suggest a solution for me please?
