I'm still happy with iiNet's naked account after almost 3 years. Their phone support has been fine and they give you the option for a call back if you can't be bothered waiting on hold - particularly useful when on a mobile phone.
Naked gives ADSL2+ as well as free local & national calls and cheap
international & mobile calls with no line rental.
