Greetings! Just a point of information! After one year of use with OPTUS. I asked if my mobile (Motorola) could be unlocked from the OPTUS system. They replied that it was possible to unlock my mobile from there system which they gladly did. Give TELSTRA a call and ask if your term of use makes your mobile eligible to be unlocked.
