Hi Telstra Account iPhone users, This happened back in October, but some Telstra Account holders may not be aware that there it no charge now to unlock an iPhone contracted to Telstra.
Telstra removes unlock fee for Apple iPhone for jet-setting Aussies If you have purchased an iPhone™ 3G, iPhone™ 3GS or iPhone™ 4 from Telstra and would like to remove the network lock restriction, all you need to do is contact Telstra. When you contact us, make sure you have your details: your mobile number, your iPhone™ serial number and your iPhone™ IMEI number. You can locate these by pressing the Settings app, scroll down and select General then press the About tab. <http://exchange.telstra.com.au/2010/10/15/telstra-removes-unlock-fee-for-apple-iphone-for-jet-setting-aussies/> Cheers, Ronni 17" MacBook Pro Intel Core i7 2.66GHz / 8GB / 1067 MHz DDR3 / 500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200rpm OS X 10.6.6 Snow Leopard Windows 7 Ultimate (under sufferance) On 10/02/2011, at 2:54 PM, Joseph Mastrella wrote: > Greetings!
