I'm always happy to jump in and answer questions if (a) I feel that nobody else
has already addressed it and (b) I feel I can answer it it in a competent way,
and in a reasonable timeframe. Some situations, however, and yours falls into
this category, are simply too atypical to be able to be evaluated without
physical access to the computer. There comes a point with some situations where
they may never be answered adequately in an online forum like this. It
certainly should not be interpreted that your problem is frivolous or unworthy
- just the opposite! The easy ones will always get answered. The others will
get answered to a lesser or greater degree depending on the experience of those
who are able to help.

Personally, I find the level of help provided on this list to be astounding at
times, and there have been many times where the help given has gone above and
beyond the call of duty, I feel. If your question had gone unanswered, it is
most likely because it cannot be easily answered in a forum context, not
because it is considered trivial.

Give me the trivial ones - I'll always answer 'em...
