Hey Diana,

Your comments are very unfair! Both Daniel and I are professionals and we give
(and have been giving for years) so much of our time to give high quality
support to WAMUG Mailing list members.

Sometimes it is impossible for us to answer every question immediately, but we
try to answer as soon as we are able to.

I also have always been a financial member of WAMUG, until I was awarded an
Honorary Membership... And I have never asked for help... Only ever given my
support and help to other members.

I am upset with your comments as I certainly put myself under extreme pressure
to do as much work as I do for the mailing list members. Like Daniel 20 hour
days are normal work days for us, finding time to eat or sleep is not easy for
us.
