Hi Ronni,
Thanks but I have attempted that several times. The problem occurs
when I try to update/upgrade from the App Store. When I click on update, a
screen pops up requesting I ‘Sign in to download from the App Store’. This
screen as where the incorrect Apple ID is already inserted, greyed and
uncorrectable appears. The error is a transposition of two characters in the
first part of my Apple ID and no password is acceptable. When I innate the App
Store or Software Update directly it accepts my correct ID until I attempt to
actually update items. I am unsure how this error occurred, possibly my own
finger troubles typing initially, but there is no record of the incorrect ID in
my Keychain or anywhere else I can find on the computer.
Until this issue is fixed, I can not update or upgrade.
Regards
John
