Original problem of the devices not displaying correct date of WiFi backup is not resolved, but is no longer an issue as I have changed to USB backups. Can you resolve this? You advise to use the “Back Up Now” button. But the “Backup" button, the “Sync” button AND the “Apply” button (that appears if items have been changed) all seem to perform a complete backup AND sync.
