I have OS 10.11, running,
I can use my iCloud password on my mobile devices to gain access to iCloud 
account and iTunes, 
but
I still can’t sign in to iTunes on my MacBookPro, in iTunes or the App Store.
I have deleted and re-installed iTunes a few times, and just tonight 
reinstalled the system 10.11 via restart , tone, Command+R, 3 hours later and 
no change/ improvement.
I have tried un-authorising the MacBookPro, now it isn’t on the list and iTunes 
just hangs when I try to sign in, I need to force quit  to get out as menus 
just grey out, App Store just hangs too. After all this now change of status.

I can internet search and mail is working perfectly so it isn’t my connection 
causing an issue.
Is there a need for a clean system install with expert assistance?

Am I missing something?
