Hello Neil,

We have followed all the advice given and have removed anything that relates to 
activ8, mail addresses etc. Lynette has removed all of the Apps from her iphone.
I believe that IF we could remember the password to log into icloud on the 
activ8 address we would be able to cancel the actv8 account?? Probably on the 
wrong track here but it is all that I can think of at present.

Thank you to those of you that have responded, as soon as we have a positive 
result we will let you know.
