Hello Ronn,
Yes Lynette had a separate password, it's the password that we have lost. 
I have removed any reference to activ8 in MAIL / iCloud. 
It is only the phone that Lynette is having trouble with, her iPad and Laptop 
are problem free.
I will use all of the help that has been sent through and let you know the 
outcome, thanks again guy's
