Hi Tony,

From what you mentioned in pervious emails to the mailing list under Subject:
Unwanted e-mail address
That the message that you receive is: "asking her to log into her activ8 iCloud
account”.
Is her Apple ID & iCloud Account login details the same?

Sounds like her Apple ID /iCloud was setup with - Username:
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> and Password: xxxxxx
(DON’T mention the Password to us) Just whether [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]> was the username used to setup.
Did you change it to another username when that email address was no longer
available?

If her Apple ID Account and iCloud Account details are the same - These links
should help you:

Recover Apple ID name <http://support.apple.com/kb/HE34> or password

Did you forget your Apple ID name or password? Start here.

Change Apple ID name <http://support.apple.com/kb/HE40> or password

Do you already know your Apple ID name or password, but want to change one or
both?

Manage account information <https://appleid.apple.com/> using My Apple ID
Do you need to update your email, mailing address, or other account information?
