Hello Ronni,

Thanks for getting back to me. 

'Text replacement' was enabled in the 3 offending apps - Mail, Notes and 
Evernote.

But the problem was resolved by deleting an existing entry and then re-entering 
it. I did that once and that triggered all the other autocorrects to respond as 
normal.
