Addendum: S3TC seems to be lossy compression. Not good. (As is OGG, by
the way. Strictly speaking, the conversion of the WAV files to OGG is a
GPL violation. ("The source code for a work means the preferred form of
the work for making modifications to it", and that's WAV, not OGG.)
There's no problem converting them for a release, but the repository
