Asking some lawyers some time ago resulted in the opinion that the "all rights 
reserved" parts belongs to the copyright which is protected by the GPL.
So we can't remove those I think. (File: novideo.rpl)
I think Ari explained that "all rights reserved" is just an addition to the 
copyright notice, stating that you don't hand over the copyright to whoever 
recieves the file.

How do other packages in Debian handle the install-sh file which comes under 
the X11 license as you told me a while ago? Do they all have to add a notice? 
Or did they not ship that file?

COMPILE.html was removed, because outdated...

Ok, easy done. Allready have a script from earlier attempts that does this.
