The original DisplayBuffer was use for 3dfx, and software 
rendering, and also loading files.  PS2 is faults here, since they 
need to conserve memory.

This patch renames DisplayBuffer to GeneralBuffer, 
displaybuffersize to generalbuffersize.
The size if now 200k instead of 5MB.
Played 2 SP levels, and 2 skirmish games, with no error message 
that size is too small.  So a savings of 4.8MB :)
It will print message in logs if too small.  I no see any file in 
data directory that is over 200K though.
