I also like the tone of that page. I think it's a really bad idea to either humiliate people or go over- the-top with rules like SQAForums.
Maybe some people are lazy, others might just be ignorant but I try not to judge as I don't know their circumstances. The questions I've answered here and via justaddwatir.com were well placed and helped me understand watir better in answering them so it's been a positive experience for me. Guess what I'm saying, the choice is the collective (ours) as to whether or not poorly described problems get answered!
