Hello Christian, I read http://apache.org/foundation/sponsorship.html and http://apache.org/foundation/sponsorship.html again and did not found that donations to specific developers prohibited.
I was thinking, that donation to ASF and specific developers is different thing and it's allowed by ASF rules.
