Hello wavers, We have run into quite a strange issue and hope you can help us. On one of our computers, we are unable to load any waves, login page comes up fine, able to login, the participated waves turn up to the left, but when clicked (for example just the welcome-bot wave) it just sits there saying “loading....”
The wave works fine for the rest of us, the account in question or any account for that matter works when used on another computer. So it seems this must have something to do with the computer in question, but what..? The latest google chrome is installed and also java. Are there any other unknown prerequisites..? The server is running and reached on port 80, could there be anything else that blocks access somehow..? (It would be strange cause the page loads fine, but the waves do not..) Any ideas?
