In short a transport backend is not initialising correctly. > The wave works fine for the rest of us, the account in question or any > account for that matter works when used on another computer. So it seems this > must have something to do with the computer in question, but what..? The > latest google chrome is installed and also java. Are there any other unknown > prerequisites..? The server is running and reached on port 80, could there be > anything else that blocks access somehow..? (It would be strange cause the > page loads fine, but the waves do not..) Any ideas? Java is not a prerequisite on the client. Can you check the Chrome console for any errors produced? What about other browsers on that account/computer combination? Do you have access to the server logs? Can you see anything strange happening there when that account/computer is used? Ali
