In which case, you can check nothing material has happened, and vote. Unfortunately votes for a previous RC don't carry forwards to the next one.
Note, that this voting process is going to be tedious. It is setting the basis for future releases. Even if we completely rewrote the java code, we would still have the bass for getting a release right, which will make future releases vastly simpler.
