I'm just thinking about different ways to connect a client to the server. The FedOne server doesn't have user authentication. So, I thought, why not make use of the existing authentication services included in the XMPP server. Also, Google makes their e-mail service available via POP and IMAP so that people can use thick clients and do data transfer and archiving. So, why not make wave available via XMPP. -Tad --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Wave Protocol" group.
