Don Knotts's brothers were all known by names other than their own and Don's
real name was Jesse but called Don.
By the way, the book by Don Knotts about his life is really good. You can get
it from Weaver"s on the mayberry.com website, if it's still available. I have
read it twice and get a big kick out of it. His family really had an off-beat
sense of humor.
