Second that, mailwasher will do just what you seem to want Maverick. I was
using it on my other box ( till the power supply blew up the other night)
and if you religiously "bounce" spam you will be amazed how it drops off.

One other thing you can do: in your web pages any email address can be coded
so that it is harder for the spambots to recognise and harvest them, can't
give you the references, not backed up but if the old box is retreivable,
which I will know in a couple of days I will post a couple of links, there
are both javascript and unicode "solutions" to this,
