I adore my Epson <it rocks!>, and I will *never* buy HP again. My installation CD died on my HP scanner, and they did not have the drivers available on their site.
I contacted HP and they told me that the only way I could get the drivers is if the scanner is still under warranty! Fool me once, shame on you....
