That is quite some experience;  Symantec is looking like a company in
terminal decline.   Refund procedure can be a marker of company cash flow
problems.   The technical shortfall looks like understaffing.   And only
just over a year ago they were being praised to the skies.   Although there
has been a deal of spam trying to sell Norton label products for ages.
