There's nothing that can be done about it... We'll just post a disclaimer that lets everyone know that while they are welcome to use the materials provided, they should understand the downside and use the material only as a basis for creating their own original material.

I have several books on "how to write a sales letter" which have samples in them. I often use them to help me in writing my own letters and brochures. There's not reason why others can't do the same.
