Howard and Stephen many thanks. Howard it is a nice script, but again it works fine (for me) in Opera but no dropdown in IE. I'll tinker a bit to make sure I've followed instructions correctly.
******I've tinkered and it is working - brilliant Howard. It is critical where 'Fix IE' goes. Stephen I couldn't check if I could make it work as I couldn't find the css, which is in a separate file, though the css for most dropdowns I've checked is looking very similar.
